Exchanges and Returns

Effective Date: March 25, 2025

At Sarunna, we want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:


Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, odor-free, with original tags attached and, where applicable, hygiene liners intact.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Intimates (e.g., lingerie, bodysuits) and swimwear without hygiene liner.

  • Earrings and intimate accessories.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and customized items.

  • Items showing wear, stains, misuse, or missing original tags.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@sarunna.com with your order number and reason for return (include photos if defective).

  2. We’ll reply with detailed instructions and the correct return address.

    • The address may be in the United States or China, depending on stock origin.

  3. Do not ship without authorization/RMA—unauthorized parcels may be refused.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind, size, or color exchange: Customer pays return shipping.

  • Defective, wrong, or damaged items: We cover the return cost or reimburse it after review.

  • Note: Original shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Store credit is available upon request.

  • For exchanges, the replacement will ship once the return is confirmed (or as otherwise arranged via email).


Orders with Multiple Packages

  • If your order shipped in multiple packages, each return may require different return addresses (US or China).

  • We’ll provide details by email.


Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos (including tags and packaging).

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Return Packaging

  • Use secure packaging that protects the item (it may differ from the original box).

  • Include all accessories, tags, and in-box items.
